True Wuv!!!!

Valentines' Day is getting close....so I thought it would be fun to talk about our "true wuv's"!!! You remember Princess Bride....True Wuv!!! Anyway....to any of you that would like to take these questions and write about your true love, go for it! BUT......Jan Baron and Debi Spurgeon and Amelia Larson and Niki Rimmasch are new to the Blog world....I want you four to respond!!!!

What is his name? Shane William Hatch
How long have you been together? We have been married for 13 years.
How long did you date? We knew each other in the mission field for 1 year. When we got home, we dated for 8 months.
How old is he? He is two years younger that I, 36.
Who eats more? It depends....on what it is? Ha! Mostly him!
Who said I love you first? I did!
Who is taller? He is!
Who can sing better? He can.
Who is smarter? He is!!
Who does the laundry? I do! He carries it up stairs.
Who pays the bills? He does.
Who sleeps in the right side? I do
Who mows the lawn? Both of us do.
Who cooks dinner? Both of us do.
Who drives? Both of us do.
Who is more stubborn? He is!
Who kissed who first? He leaned into the cheek....I turned to his lips for the big juicy one!
Who asked who out first? I did!
Who proposed? He did. February 1994 Manti Temple
Who has more friends? I do.
Who is more sensitive? I am.
Who has more siblings? He does.
Who wears the pants? We both do.

I love him! And, he loves me....we are a happy family! I could've never found such a perfect fit. He knows me the very best!

We both served in the same mission 1991-1993 in "The great Montana Billings Mission." He was my zone leader and I met him on New Years Eve night during transfers. I served in Columbia Falls and he served in Kalispell. It wasn't true love at first sight. I watched him from a distance as any good missionary should! I was really impressed with how obiedient he was and what a great love he had for the people and the work! I fell in love with the "farm" way of life in Montana.....and loved that he was a farm boy from Utah! He always seemed to be in my areas or one of my leaders. After I was released, a month earlier than him, I wrote him an invite to Disneyland! We decided to meet in SLC a couple weeks after he got home, before he ventured down to Cali. So...after the first date it was "true wuv"!!!!

Remember the great things about your "Hubby"!! And as Dr. Laura would say....."Give it to him when he wants IT!!" He will be the happiest man! Ha!!!! Don't blush! It is true!

Kristen Thanks for including me in this. I had a really fun time doing it. I couldn't get my font colors all different like yours so it is not as easy to read. I love how you two met that is so cute! The only other couples I know personally who met their spouses on their missions are… My brother and Karl's Brother. SO you are officially family now! Welcome you will fit right in!!

How long have you been together? We celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary this past September
How long did you date? We only dated for five weeks before getting engaged, but we were friends for a while before that
How old is he? He will turn 28 on May 7th. Even crazier? He was born in 1980!!! I'm older by a year and a half and one day.
Who eats more? He does, but I eat more candy.
Who said I love you first? I'm not sure, but I think I did.
Who is taller? He is 5'10" and I'm 5'4 1/2"
Who can sing better? Unfortunately, I can, which really isn't saying much. I always wanted to marry a man with a "chocolate voice"
Who is smarter? Book smart, me. Street smart, him.
Who does the laundry? Me
Who pays the bills? Me
Who sleeps on the right side? Me
Who mows the lawn? Me, even when I'm past my due date!
Who cooks dinner? Usually me, but he steps in when I need a break
Who drives? If we're together, him
Who is more stubborn? Have you met my daughter, Daphne? Definitely me.
Who kissed who first? He kissed me, but I kissed back!
Who asked who out first? He asked me out many times before I was ever even interested.
Who proposed? He did, June 13, 2002 in the mountains somewhere, after a picnic, next to a tree on which he had carved our initials and "I love you" in Italian.
Who has more friends? I keep in touch with more friends, but he's friends with everyone he meets.
Who is more sensitive? I used to think I was, but now I'm beginning to think he'd have to be to be married to me!
Who has more siblings? Me. 10 in my family, 5 in his.
Who wears the pants? He likes to think he does, but I think we share.
This was great, Kristen! It made me want to snuggle my hubby! As you can probably tell, I'm new to the blogging world, too!
